Professional Claim Examiners

Claim Examiners play a critical role in the successful operation of a claims department, TPA or IA group. Our examiners all have professional designations (CPCU, ARM, AIC or their Canadian counterpart) and are able to take your PDF claim file, review the claim and post sticky notes on the PDF. Once we receive a claim that we believe is done well, we will e-mail the claim to you with the name/number of our examiner, who has taken ownership of the claim quality by endorsing the claim.

Automated. Responsive. We purposely use experienced professionals that are not in the CAT zone. They are task focused. We have successfully streamlined the examining process to produce a claims product that indemnifies the named insured, and reduces leakage for charges that should not be incurred.
